Full bath remodel for an aging in place client: curbless shower with grab bars, comfort height vanity, slip resistant tile, lever fixtures, wider doorway. Designed with the family on the walkthrough.

Family bought a tired ranch and wanted the inside reset, top to bottom. New drywall throughout, all trim replaced, LVP flooring on main, new paint inside and out, HVAC ducts cleaned and sealed.

Stone tile installation across entry, hallway, and stair tread. Schluter underlayment, leveled subfloor, hand laid in a 24x24 diamond. The kind of floor that lasts longer than the house.
