Call or fill out the form. We schedule a convenient time, walk the space, listen to what you actually want. You get a free, no obligation written estimate within twenty four hours.

Plan & permits
Once you approve, we lock the scope, finalize selections, and pull permits. We handle the county on your behalf. You see one number, one schedule, one point of contact.

Build
The crew shows up when they say they will. Daily clean up. Weekly photo updates. Tommy on site for every milestone. No surprise change orders, ever.

Walkthrough & warranty
Final walkthrough together, punch list resolved on the spot. You get the project handed over with a written warranty on every dollar of work.

If you are weighing us against another contractor, this is what to ask both of us.
How long does a typical project take?
Bathroom remodel runs one to two weeks. Full kitchen is three to five weeks. Whole home renovations and new construction run several months. We give you a real timeline at the walkthrough and we stick to it.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. All required permits and inspections, on your behalf. We know the Troup County permitting process and the surrounding counties inside and out, so you do not deal with the county or the city.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Pro Trades & Services LLC is a licensed Georgia contractor, fully bonded and insured, with OSHA safety certification. You are protected, your property is protected, and our crew is protected.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
We will give you an honest range over the phone (you can also see those on our home page). For an actual quote we need to walk the space. Anyone who fires a number from a phone call without seeing the work is guessing.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. Door alignment, drywall patches, trim, single room paint. We pick those up between larger jobs and usually have a crew on site within a week.
What is your warranty?
Every project is backed by a written warranty. If something is not right, we make it right, no runaround. The exact terms depend on scope and we walk you through them before you sign anything.
