Newnan is half historic homes, half new growth. We do both.
Antebellum and Victorian houses on College Street, ranch homes off Greenville Street, brand new builds on the south side. We make the drive every week and we do not surcharge for it.
No. 01 · By the numbers, Newnan
A regular north end of the calendar.
Completed since 2019, residential heavy, commercial growing.
Up I-85 to exit 47, about forty five minutes door to door.
Coweta County permit office and inspectors. Different from Troup, also fluent.
Same response window as our LaGrange clients, no exceptions.

Plus the historic district
Newnan has one of the densest concentrations of antebellum architecture in Georgia. Working on a College Street home is not the same as working on a brick ranch on Sharpsburg Road, and we price and plan that way.

We had two Newnan firms quote our kitchen and tell us five months. Pro Trades drove up from LaGrange, gave us a real number in writing in twenty four hours, and started in three weeks. Twenty eight working days later we were eating dinner at the new island.

No. 05 · Newnan FAQ
What Newnan homeowners ask first.
Do you charge a travel fee for Newnan?
No. Newnan is well inside our forty five mile radius and we do not surcharge. The estimate is the price you pay.
Do you handle Coweta County permits?
Yes. We pull every permit we touch in your name through the Coweta County office, schedule the inspector, and meet them on site. Different office than Troup, same fluency.
Can you work in the historic district?
Yes. Newnan's historic preservation review is more involved than most. We have walked owners through it. We will tell you what is realistic before you fall in love with a render.
Are you bidding against Atlanta firms?
Often. The numbers tend to be competitive. Our crew has fifteen plus years per tradesman, our overhead is lean, and we do not subcontract drywall or finish carpentry. We are happy to bid head to head.
Do you do small jobs in Newnan?
Yes. Drywall patches, door alignment, deck repair, single room paint. Picked up between larger jobs, usually within the week.
How fast can you start a Newnan kitchen?
Two to four weeks from contract sign, usually, depending on cabinet lead time. Demo to dinner is twenty eight working days for a typical full gut kitchen.
